Job summary

Technology Partners in the United States is seeking an IT Department Manager – Partner Integration to lead the partner integration strategy and oversee scalable API frameworks.

Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented IT Department Manager – Partner Integration.

What You Will Be Doing

You will serve as a key leader within the IT department, driving the partner integration strategy to support connected vehicle, fuel, and other strategic data providers. You will oversee the design and implementation of centralized integration frameworks, ensuring they are scalable and efficient for onboarding future partners. As an integral part of the team, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across product, architecture, and engineering to develop standards, produce documentation, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals. Additionally, you will help shape the UI development strategy and lead teams focused on API capabilities and operational excellence. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to balance remote work and in-person collaboration at our St. Louis, Missouri locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the architecture of partner integration solutions, ensuring they meet strategic and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and implement standards, best practices, and governance processes for integrations and internal applications.
  • Lead the planning and execution of API strategies, building a roadmap for API capabilities aligned with industry best practices.
  • Establish and maintain documentation, processes, and metrics to support solution quality, security, and operational health.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align integration initiatives with overall enterprise goals and security standards.
  • Analyze current processes and implement improvements to optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and strategic insights effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in IT leadership, with a focus on system integration, API strategies, or related fields.
  • Proven experience designing and governing enterprise-level integration frameworks and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of API architecture, RESTful services, and related standards.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in cloud platforms, security best practices, and operational metrics development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and reside in St. Louis, Missouri or nearby.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with fleet management or transportation industry applications.
  • Advanced certifications in cloud, security, or API management.
  • Familiarity with lean, Agile, or DevOps methodologies.
Pay:

$200,000.00
