Technology Partners in the United States is seeking an IT Department Manager – Partner Integration to lead the partner integration strategy and oversee scalable API frameworks.
You will mentor cross-functional teams across product, architecture, and engineering, implement governance and standards, and drive API capabilities while aligning with enterprise goals. You will serve as a key leader within the IT department, driving the partner integration strategy to support connected vehicle, fuel, and other strategic data providers. You will oversee the design and implementation of centralized integration frameworks, ensuring they are scalable and efficient for onboarding future partners. As an integral part of the team, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across product, architecture, and engineering to develop standards, produce documentation, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals. Additionally, you will help shape the UI development strategy and lead teams focused on API capabilities and operational excellence. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to balance remote work and in-person collaboration at our St. Louis, Missouri locations.
