Lever, Inc. in Lehi, Utah is seeking a strategic Partner Manager to build our partnership program from the ground up.

As the first dedicated partner hire, you will identify, launch, and grow partnerships with HR technology, payroll, and PEO providers to bring modern hiring tools to customers in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will own the full partnership lifecycle, drive partner-sourced revenue against targets, and collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and CS to shape our roadmap while

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in partnerships, channel management, or B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record closing new partnerships and growing revenue.
• Experience negotiating partner agreements or revenue-share structures.
• Strong ability to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the partner program from scratch with strategy and playbooks.
• Identify, pitch, and sign new partners across HRIS, payroll, PEO, HR tech.
• Own full Partnership lifecycle from outreach to onboarding and growth.
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue against targets.
• Serve as primary contact, building trust with partner organizations.
• Lead business reviews, surface growth opportunities, address risks.
• Create enablement materials and co-marketing plans with partners.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing/product/CS to align opportunities.
• Work with finance/legal on agreements, renewals, commissions.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
