Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or Restaurants.
• 3+ years of experience in Facility Operations & Management.
• Professional grooming and conduct must be constantly displayed.
• Strong communication skills; ability to write and verbally communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor staff to develop their skills.
• Cultivate a team environment with exceptional customer service.
• Implement and execute staff training programs.
• Develop Area Leads and Certified Trainers for higher responsibility.
• Lead managerial staff and motivate through delegation and empowerment.
• Ensure staff recognition and incentive programs are followed.
• Maintain a strong community presence through partnerships.
• Oversee operations including entertainment, food/beverage, attractions, and property.
• Monitor guest reviews and drive improvements to guest experience.
