You will shape access, referral relationships, and center performance to drive growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, with imaging operations, business development, or ambulatory services.
• Experience supporting growth initiatives, referral development, physician engagement, or market expansion in a healthcare setting.
• Experience collaborating with physicians, hospital operators, and cross-functional teams to improve access and service.

Responsabilités

• Lead outpatient imaging market strategy and execution across Palm Beach market.
• Build and manage relationships with referring physicians and practices to grow imaging referrals.
• Monitor dashboards and performance metrics; drive execution across sites to improve access, service, and throughput.
