Job summary

LevelTen Energy seeks a Senior Director of Origination to lead the customer engagement function across North America, driving renewal, expansion, and marketplace activity. You will own retention and revenue outcomes for developers, corporates, utilities, and partners, reporting to the VP of Customer Engagement, and guiding a 7-person team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional work experience in a clean energy, utility, or related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, distill complex challenges, and translate into actions.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of enterprise customer engagement impact.
• Executive-level credibility with leadership and peers.

Responsibilities

• Own NA renewal and net retention performance across the account book.
• Lead renewals motion and forecast accuracy in Salesforce.
• Drive net revenue retention through expansion plays within accounts.
• Build and guide a high-performing 7-person team with 3 direct reports.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales on engagement campaigns.
• Represent NA voice to Product and LevelTen leadership.
