Job summary

LevelTen Energy seeks an experienced Senior Director to lead strategic energy markets. You will cultivate relationships with major developers, corporate buyers, utilities, and hyperscalers while guiding procurement strategies and marketplace innovations.

This role offers executive visibility and cross-functional influence in a fast-growing energy tech company. The position requires leading customer-facing teams, driving PPAs and energy transactions, and representing LevelTen at industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy origination, energy markets, or related advisory services.
• Direct exposure to PPAs, EAC transactions, or clean energy commercial structures.
• Experience with buy-side and sell-side customer relationships.
• Experience leading customer-facing organizations in marketplace or energy tech.
• Experience working with hyperscalers, data centers, utilities, or Fortune 500 buyers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers, including major developers, corporate energy buyers, utilities, advisors, and hyperscale organizations.
• Serve as an executive sponsor for key customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted voice on renewable energy procurement, power markets, PPAs, and marketplace strategies.
• Represent LevelTen Energy at customer meetings, executive briefings, and industry events.
• Travel up to 15% for customer visits, conferences, and team gatherings.
