Job summary

LevelTen Energy, Seattle-based, seeks a senior leader to own North American renewal and net retention performance, drive marketplace engagement across the NA customer base, and lead a high-performing team.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with Customer Engagement and product, represent the voice of North American customers to leadership, and scale a data-driven SaaS business across a two-sided marketplace.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in clean energy, utilities or related field.
• Proven ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies.
• Strategic thinking with end-to-end enterprise impact.
• Executive credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Experience selling, renewing or managing data subscriptions or SaaS products.
• Strong communication with buyers, developers and partners.
• Experience scaling customer engagement in a two-sided marketplace.
