Job summary

LevelTen Energy, based in Seattle, WA, seeks a Senior Director of Strategic Energy Markets to lead North American customer growth, retention, and marketplace expansion. You will guide a high-performing team, cultivate executive relationships with developers, buyers, utilities, and hyperscale data centers, and drive revenue growth through strategic engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in renewable energy, power markets, or related sectors.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including managers/senior leaders.
• Strong commercial leadership with experience in growth, renewals, account expansion, or strategic management.
• Deep understanding of renewable energy markets, PPAs, and procurement processes.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking and organizational leadership.
• Ability to develop and execute plans that drive measurable outcomes.
• Salesforce proficiency including forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own North American Customer Growth & Retention; deliver renewal and net revenue retention targets.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies across renewables developers, corporate buyers, utilities, advisors, and data centers.
• Identify risks early; lead retention strategies and accurate Salesforce forecasting.
• Drive expansion opportunities via strategic account planning and executive engagement.
• Increase customer participation in the LevelTen marketplace and RFP activity.
• Support adoption of marketplace tools to raise recurring activity and transactions.
• Partner with Product and Marketing to strengthen engagement and marketplace growth.
• Help customers move opportunities through the transaction lifecycle and maximize value.
