Job summary

Fusion Connect is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to coordinate order administration, onboarding, and service delivery. You will guide a team supporting new orders from Sales through installation, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires extensive operations experience in the telecommunications sector, strong leadership, and the ability to drive continuous process improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of operations experience in a telecommunications environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and support Sales, Customer Experience, Service Delivery and other Operations teams.
• Lead a team handling orders from Sales through to Service Delivery and install readiness.
• Ensure team manages pipeline and delivers on time.
• Develop and implement reports for Sales and Service Delivery orders.
• Support interdepartmental initiatives to improve customer service.
