Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Director of Operations Analytics & Workforce Strategy to shape how many people we need, how they’re deployed, and how we measure performance across patient services and pharmacy operations. You will partner with Operations, Product & Engineering, Data, Finance, and HR to implement scalable planning processes.

You will lead a team to forecast demand, build dashboards, and drive optimization across outsourced partners while maintaining exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, operations strategy, consulting, business ops, or workforce management.
• 4+ years leading teams (managers) in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Define workforce strategy, staffing models, and capacity plans balancing cost, quality, and patient experience.
• Lead analyses turning staffing tradeoffs, site selection, and build vs buy into actionable recommendations.
• Model headcount and budget implications with scenario analyses.
• Synthesize analysis for executive stakeholders with clear recommendations.
