Job summary

Qualifications

Master’s degree in public administration or related field with 3+ years in admin/HR leadership.
Experience supervising multiple departments and coordinating with executive leadership.
Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee administrative operations across HR, Compliance, IT, and records.
Provide project management leadership for agency initiatives.
Ensure contract compliance and regulatory reporting.
Lead data management, risk management, and quality improvement efforts.
Support budgeting, asset management and capital projects in coordination with leadership.
Supervise and develop administrative staff.
