Perfect Performance NOVA is seeking a Director of Operations to lead program strategy, procurement, and partnerships across training and events. The role requires overseeing registration systems, managing vendor relations, and contracting with partners while ensuring efficient, scalable operations.

The ideal candidate has a business mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work remotely with occasional in-person meetings. Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for company purchases.
• Maintain relationships with apparel partners for uniforms and gear.
• Oversee cloud-based registration and management system.
• Draft contracts with JV partners and coaches; handle field permits.
• Coordinate with the CEO to align goals and implement improvements.
