Perfect Performance NOVA is seeking a Director of Administration to drive operational excellence across programs. You will oversee budgeting, contracts, and communications, coordinating with the CEO to align goals and implement improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, sharp financial acumen, remote work capability, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree required; Master preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and improve administrative operations.
• Create and oversee syllabi and pro-formas for all programs.
• Lead seasonal execution and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage coaches and program communications.
• Oversee training program, camps, and tournaments communications.
• Create and manage budgets and resources.
• Monitor financial performance and costs.
• Draft contracts with JV partners and coaches.
• Support program coaches with admin tasks.
• Coordinate with CEO to align goals and implement changes.
