Phoenix Tailings is seeking a Chief of Staff - Operations to own critical programs across the Operations organization and build the program management infrastructure needed to scale. Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience leading complex programs in industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, energy, or similarly complex environments.
• Demonstrated experience building program-management systems with schedules, operating cadences, controls, reporting, and accountability.
• Strong ability to manage integrated schedules, critical paths, milestones, dependencies, risks, and exec-level reporting.
• Experience in physical-product, manufacturing, or regulated environments with supply chain and procurement exposure.
• Ability to operate with technical teams, translating risks into program-level plans without being the SME.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of cross-functional Operations programs from scope through completion, translating commitments into workstreams, milestones, and outcomes.
• Build and maintain integrated program schedules across Operations, Technology, Commercial, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Take end-to-end ownership of priority programs sponsored by the COO, including scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
• Build program-management infrastructure, including standard work, cadences, controls, reporting, and accountability forums.
• Lead cross-functional execution against regulatory, compliance, and government-program requirements, including initiatives like CMMC 2.0.
• Drive program execution across strategic supply chain and procurement initiatives.
• Establish mechanisms to identify program risk early and ensure commitments are closed.
• Help shape how Operations evolves to support growth.
