Job summary

An ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including leadership roles in multi-family and interior finishes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the construction industry.
• 7+ years’ experience in operations.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of multi-family experience.
• 5+ years of experience with interior finishes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operations of all multi-family interior finish installation projects.
• Enforces standardization of policies and procedures.
• Works with the production and logistics teams to ensure quality.
• Forecasts personnel and equipment needs for projects.
• Manages project completion on time and under budget.
• Communicates and coordinates with all departments effectively.
• Identifies ways to increase efficiency in logistics and production.
• Provides regular departmental reports.
• Manages client relationships and resolves issues.
• Leads and enforces OSHA job site safety requirements.
• Commits to ongoing education and industry knowledge.
