The ideal candidate brings at least five years in operational leadership, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), strong communication, and comfort with Microsoft 365, Filevine, and AI-enabled process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in an operational leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and decision-making ability.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and driving performance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365; Filevine and Lead Docket advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations to align with strategic goals.
• Departmental Accountability: Build relationships with managers to ensure priorities and KPIs are followed.
• KPI Monitoring: Track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Process Improvement: Finalize, document, and implement SOPs.
• Strategic Integration: Translate big-picture ideas into practical operational plans and assess interactions with systems.
• Leadership Communication: Serve as the primary link between leadership and managers.
• Cross-Departmental Oversight: Coordinate performance across ~5–6 departments.
• Departmental Boundaries: Monitor KPIs while legal decisions stay with the legal team; coordinate with marketing as needed.
• Financial Coordination: Work with leadership and accounting for operational decisions, not financial management.
• Potential HR Oversight: May oversee recruitment coordination and onboarding in the future.
