Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in test engineering with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of low/medium voltage equipment and safety considerations.
• Experience developing and implementing test plans in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with IEEE C37.20, UL, IEC, ANSI, NFPA, ASTM standards.
• Experience with automated test equipment, data acquisition, and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing test engineering team for production testing.
• Define strategic direction for test engineering aligned with product roadmaps.
• Develop functional test plans for mass production ramp with R&D collaboration.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate test strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and KPI tracking.
