The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with experience scaling high‑mix manufacturing environments, implementing Lean systems, and ensuring disciplined daily execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the operating strategy for multiple product lines, including Medium Voltage Switchgear and Panels.
• Align production, capacity, labor, scheduling, and materials flow with business objectives and customer commitments.
• Translate demand into practical labor, equipment, and facility plans, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Lead critical customer deliverables, production recovery plans, and major internal initiatives.
• Provide timely operational updates, risk assessments, and recovery plans to senior leadership.
• Champion safety as a core operating value and drive continuous safety improvements.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconformances and process gaps.
• Maintain readiness for customer audits, regulatory reviews, and quality certifications.
• Build a high-performing organization through coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Lead Lean transformation including daily management, visual management, standard work, and takt alignment.
