Job summary

TerraHash Energy seeks a Chief Operating Officer in a Los Angeles–preferred, hybrid/ Flexible role to translate strategy into disciplined execution. You will design the operating model to scale the company and create cross-functional systems linking development, finance, engineering and leadership decision-making.

You will lead planning, cadence, budgeting, vendor management and risk controls while shaping an organization capable of long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operating, infrastructure, energy, or project execution experience.
• Experience scaling operations in growth-stage, project-driven or asset-heavy businesses.
• Strong financial and operational judgment with multi-workstream management.
• Ability to connect strategy to execution from planning to delivery.
• Builder mindset with ownership and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide operating planning, execution tracking and management cadence.
• Establish KPIs, reporting standards, decision processes and operational controls.
• Coordinate project execution across development, engineering, procurement, finance and external partners.
• Build scalable internal processes for budgeting, vendor management, contracting, risk management and organizational operations.
• Support leadership on capital deployment, resource allocation and strategic priorities.
• Help recruit, structure and develop the operating team as the company grows.
