Top Echelon Software LLC in Wytheville, VA is seeking a General Operations Manager to drive branch operations, sales and production for our office clientele and staff. The role emphasizes leadership, strong knowledge of custom residential construction, and hands-on management of multiple homes simultaneously.
Ideal candidates will lead with a servant-leader approach, recruit and mentor staff, and maintain productive relationships with vendors and subs while optimizing the branch's profitability
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of custom residential construction.
- Familiar with production building (multiple homes at one time).
- Servant-leader management style.
- Willing to recruit/hire/train/mentor/supervise employees, subs and vendors.
Responsabilités
- Review new leads with Sales Team and budget.
- Oversee branch P&L and overhead costs; review contracts and starts.
- Coordinate with Division President with weekly updates.
- Monitor sales pipeline, warranty, settlements and project starts.
- Plan reviews, job inspections when necessary, and final reviews.
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor and supervise employees, subs and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and hire subs and suppliers.
- Handle customer concerns and communicate resolutions.
