Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of custom residential construction
• Experience with production building (multiple homes simultaneously)
• Servant-leader management style
• Familiar with Wytheville/Tri-Cities area and local vendors/subs

Responsibilities

• Review new leads with Sales Team and budget advertising
• Coordinate with Division President and leadership on projections
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and supervise employees, subs and vendors
• Network to build relationships and negotiate contracts with subs and suppliers
• Review overhead costs and general P&L; address customer concerns and resolutions
