United Future in Wytheville, VA seeks a General Operations Manager to lead branch operations, sales and production for our residential construction projects. You will drive processes, optimize vendor relations, and mentor staff to maintain high performance.

The role calls for strong leadership, problem-solving and a servant-leader management style, with a focus on maximizing profitability and client satisfaction across the Wytheville area.

Qualifications

• Experience leading branch operations in a build/contracting environment.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes.
• Proven ability to manage sales, production and vendor networks.

Responsabilités

• Review new leads with Sales Team.
• Review advertising and approve budget.
• Coordinate with Division President on weekly updates.
• Oversee sales pipeline, contracts, starts and warranties.
• Review projections and challenges with managers and leadership.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise employees, subs and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and hire subs and suppliers.
• Manage overhead costs and general P&L.
• Address customer concerns and communicate resolutions.
