Job summary

PRISM Global is seeking a senior operations leader to own HR, finance, systems, and compliance, ensuring smooth payroll, grant reporting, and regulatory filings. You will design and implement operational tools and CRM systems aligned with current workflows to support programme delivery.

The role focuses on anticipating scaling challenges and building durable foundations for growth across headcount and programmes.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership with experience in HR, finance, systems, and compliance.
• Experience managing payroll, grant reporting, and Charity Commission filings.
• Ability to design scalable operational tools and CRMs.
