Epoch AI is seeking a recruiter to own end-to-end hiring pipelines across research, engineering, and operations teams within an AI research institute.

You will scope roles with hiring managers, source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews and work trials, and project-manage 5–10 simultaneous hiring rounds—from pipelines and scheduling to decision timelines—while communicating warmly with candidates.
