Effectief Altruisme seeks a part-time Chief Operating Officer to drive operational delivery for multiple mission-driven client organizations in the UK and US. The role oversees accounting, payroll, HR, and governance, while managing associates and delivering multi-workstream projects from scoping to delivery.

The candidate will select and implement operational tools such as Notion and Airta, aligning processes with client needs and governance calendars.

Formación

• Experience leading operational delivery for client organizations.
• Ability to own financial management, payroll, compliance calendars, and governance.

• Act as fractional COO for multiple UK/US client organizations, owning financial management, payroll, compliance calendars, and board governance.
• Manage operational associates and quality-check their work; independently project-manage multi-workstream engagements from scoping through delivery.
• Select and implement operational tools (Notion, Airta…).
