Liveohana is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations across Ohana and support growth and strategy partnerships. You will collaborate with the co-founders and lead a 20+ person global team, driving scalable, rigorous processes to ensure reliable performance.

The role suits someone with a consulting background who excels in leadership, detail-orientation, and people skills, and who can build practical systems as the business scales.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the team running core operations systems (alerts page, move-in confirmations, customer support workflows, etc.).
• Partner with co-founders to ensure strong execution across growth systems (social media moderation, referral payouts, and other distributed workflows).
• Manage relationships with employer partners like Rivian, OpenAI, Palantir, etc., and help the partnerships team anticipate the supply needs to make these demand-side partnerships successful, and the demand needs to ensure our supply-side partners are successful.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes and design better systems.
• Build and implement new operational workflows as the business scales.
• Ensure accountability across team members and systems with clear ownership and tracking.
• Maintain and improve dashboards, reporting, and internal visibility into performance.

About the role

We’re hiring a Head of Operations to oversee the people who manage the day-to-day operations across Ohana and support the partnerships with growth and strategy. You’ll work directly with the co-founders on the most important parts of the business and help oversee a growing team of 20+ people across the world.

The ideal candidate has a background in consulting and is looking to put their skills towards building. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply detail-oriented, enjoys leadership / management, and has strong people skills.
