In this next phase, we have some amazing infra, engineering, product, and GTM opportunities ahead of us this year, and we are looking for exceptional members to join us for this adventure.
We are hiring a Head of Operations to keep Warp running smoothly while the team focuses on product and growth. You will work directly with the CEO and manage calendars, meetings, vendors, and internal workflows so every team has what they need. From coordinating all-hands and tracking action items to handling invoices and compliance filings, you’ll be the person who keeps Warp organized and on schedule.
Own the company calendar, schedule meetings, block focus time, and prevent conflicts
Coordinate weekly syncs, standup and all-hands
Draft agendas, record notes, and chase action items for meetings
Track project updates in Notion and Linear, ping owners, and surface blockers early
Build lightweight processes for finance, people ops, and vendor management
Process invoices, reimbursements, and basic bookkeeping
Handle state filings, insurance renewals, and other compliance deadlines
Keep internal docs, policies, and workflows up to date and easy to find
2+ years running operations at a high-growth startup
High level of proficiency in using tech tools like Superhuman, Notion, and Linear
Track record juggling deadlines, vendors, and paperwork without details slipping
Comfort with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and SaaS procurement
Clear, prompt communication that keeps teams aligned and unblocked
High sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
Experience at a payroll, fintech, or compliance startup
Experiencing building internal ops workflows
This is not going to be a routine 9-5 job. Working with us means having high ownership. You may need to stay up late fixing issues or deploying something urgent. We believe in high craftsmanship, obsessing over details, and giving it our best. And we do that alongside an incredibly driven and top-tier team working in person in NYC.
Our team is all based in New York City, and we work 5 days in person at our beautiful office in SoHo. For this role, you'll need to be in person. Remote candidates will not be considered for this role.
