This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing onboarding processes, and ensuring consistent customer success. Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Actively track and communicate with clients to address their needs and concerns.
Maintain regular touchpoints with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our services.
Client Relationship Management:
Own and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
Lead onboarding calls and provide exceptional support during the client onboarding phase.
Ensure a seamless transition for new clients and consistently deliver high-quality service.
Technology Enthusiasm:
Demonstrate a keen interest in learning and navigating new technologies relevant to our business.
Work directly with our CTO to understand our complex technology and use it to help clients achieve their success goals.
Customer Success Documentation:
Develop and document customer success processes.
Create comprehensive guides and resources to ensure new clients can easily replicate successful processes.
Operational Excellence:
Implement and optimize operational processes to improve client satisfaction and efficiency.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
