They act as a partner to Sales Planning, Finance, Product, Ad Ops, and external vendors — proactively identifying needs, leading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring that systems and processes scale with the business.

- Partner with the internal audit and compliance teams to ensure SOX controls are met on a monthly and quarterly basis; assist in all information gathering requests as needed.
- Own the relationship with the OMS vendor/partner on system integration and support, ensuring solutions align with both technical requirements and business needs and contractual results are delivered.
- Foster team development through documentation, training, knowledge-sharing, and mentorship initiatives.
- Analyzes and communicates project risks, dependencies, and requirements clearly, adapting to shifting priorities and aligning with organizational goals.
- Provides strategic thought leadership and confidently presents business and technical insights to Tripadvisor Leadership, influencing direction and ensuring alignment on priorities.

- A strong sense of ownership and accountability; independently drives initiatives from scoping to execution to completion.
