Job summary

Apple's Customer Systems and Support (CSS) team within ASO is seeking a Project and Program leader to guide a team of senior project managers responsible for Apple’s most complex, high-impact initiatives across Retail Online and the global Retail Contact Center ecosystem.

You will shape direction, elevate performance, and build the systems, people, and partnerships that enable world-class delivery, influencing executives and guiding teams through ambiguity with empathy and clarity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs in tech/eCommerce/CC.
• 5+ years managing and developing teams or managers.
• Ability to influence at all levels and drive outcomes.
• Deep strategic/technical knowledge in eCommerce and/or CC tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of senior project managers on high-impact initiatives across Retail Online.
• Shape direction, elevate performance, and build enabling systems and partnerships.
• Influence without authority and drive alignment at executive levels.
• Balance decisiveness with empathy to support teams.
• Ensure delivery of complex programs across the global Retail ecosystem.
