Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in instructional design, online learning, educational technology, or faculty development, including leading projects or staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for instructional design staff and establish priorities, workflows, and service models to support online program growth and excellence.
• Develop and implement standards and processes for high-quality online and hybrid learning experiences.
• Lead faculty development initiatives related to online teaching, course design, and instructional technology.
• Monitor advising operations and use data to improve student outcomes and service effectiveness.
• Collaborate with academic colleges, Academic Affairs, IT, and university leadership to advance teaching and learning initiatives.
