Job summary

Mt. San Antonio College is seeking a Director of Distance Learning and Instructional Technology to lead DL operations, AI integration, and accessibility initiatives.

You will supervise faculty support centers, design faculty training, and collaborate with Deans and faculty to advance online and blended learning across the campus. The role requires a Master's degree and 3+ years of senior administrative experience in higher education, with strong skills in diversity, equity, inclusion, and budget

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and significant administrative leadership experience in higher education.
• Experience administering distance learning programs or instructional technology.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and policies (WCAG/ADA).
• Experience with budgeting and grant management.
