Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Director, Medical Affairs, Oncology to lead the US medical strategy for the hematology/oncology portfolio, focused on myelofibrosis and possibly AML.

You will guide cross-functional teams, review scientific materials, and oversee advisory boards, clinical study input, and medical communications with internal partners. The role requires 8+ years in pharma with 5+ years in Medical Affairs strategy, strong oncology expertise, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 5 years in Medical Affairs strategy.
• Significant experience in Oncology required; hematology is an asset.
• Knowledge of clinical trial design, biostatistics.
• Demonstrated experience in presenting data and publishing scientific information.
• Ability to work across multiple functions and cultures with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medical Affairs strategy for US oncology portfolio and drive medical plan.
• Oversee medical review of content and responses to medical information requests.
• Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders.
• Lead advisory board planning and execution and support clinical study design and budgets.
• Ensure training for MSL team and internal partners and oversee medical communications materials.
