Job summary

QB Energy LLC seeks a Director of Shared Services to build and continually improve internal oilfield service capabilities, including a company-operated P&A rig and associated fleets. You will own safety, procurement, staffing, maintenance, and cost control for the organization in Colorado.

The role oversees budgeting, capital plans, and asset lifecycle strategies, partnering with Drilling, Completions, Production, Engineering, HSE, and Supply Chain to optimize performance and reduce costs while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of oilfield service experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Specialized knowledge of oilfield service-company management, completions & workover execution.
• Experience selecting, purchasing, commissioning, and maintaining service-rig and field-service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and lead a company-operated P&A rig service, including defining operating requirements and procuring equipment.
• Lead operational management of hydraulic fracturing fleets and completion equipment.
• Oversee deployment, operation, maintenance, and optimization of aerated drilling compression equipment.
• Manage auxiliary drilling and completions equipment and associated assets.
• Develop and execute capital investment, maintenance, replacement, and asset-lifecycle strategies.
