Job summary

BP plc, bp's US onshore energy business headquartered in Denver, seeks a Head of Procurement and Supply Chain Management to shape category strategies, lead end-to-end P2P, and drive supplier performance across drilling, facilities, and midstream assets.

You will own master agreements, lead high-value negotiations, and partner with Legal and Finance to optimize spend, risk, and cash flow while building a capable PSCM organization for sustained operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, or commercial roles, with leadership exposure.
• Deep contracting experience with master agreements in an operating environment.
• Experience owning end-to-end P2P processes and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Own category strategy across drilling, completions, facilities construction, lease operating expense, midstream infrastructure, and indirect spend.
• Negotiate and manage master agreements (MSAs, construction contracts) with Legal involvement.
• Lead the PSCM team, drive process improvements, and deliver cost and cycle-time improvements.
