Job summary
DocuSign, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Storage-as-a-Service team, focused on building NoSQL and blob storage platforms across multiple clouds including Azure and Google Cloud. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to define strategy and ensure operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering and team management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and NoSQL technologies. A hybrid work model is offered, with a minimum expectation of two days in the office per week.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building large-scale distributed systems.
- 5+ years as an engineering manager leading backend or platform teams.
- Experience designing or operating NoSQL and/or blob storage systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-impact engineering team responsible for cloud storage services.
- Define and execute a multi-year strategy for NoSQL & Blob STaaS.
- Own the reliability, availability, and performance of cloud platforms.
