Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a VP, Transportation Lead to own the end-to-end North America transportation network, from inbound freight to last-mile delivery across channels. This role reports to the SVP, NAFS and requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on cost-to-serve and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of leadership experience in transportation/logistics within large-scale environments.
• Experience with SAP TM/OTM, Blue Yonder, Manhattan; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end North America transportation operations.
• Manage the NA transportation budget and cost-to-serve initiatives.
• Oversee network execution across domestic and international freight and last-mile delivery.
• Drive carrier strategy, rate negotiations, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Lead Global NOE governance and oversee TMS/SAP roadmap and analytics.
