Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in freight operations, logistics, or supply chain management, including leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in CargoWise and transportation management systems; familiarity with digital freight tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-term freight strategies across ocean, air, and inland modes.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure operational performance and cost optimization.
• Oversee daily operations: order management, shipment tracking, and exception handling.
• Lead and mentor a team of freight professionals; drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with commercial and customer service to meet client needs.
