You will own budgeting and forecasting, lead variance analysis, and drive cost optimization across a $400M operating expense portfolio with driver-based models and executive dashboards.

This role requires advanced Excel, financial modeling, and strong communication to influence decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years in FP&A, finance business partnering or related roles.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly actuals vs plan; highlight KPIs, trends, and savings opportunities.
• Lead the annual budget and in-year forecasts for Transportation and related costs.
• Partner with Transportation and FP&A to gather inputs and challenge assumptions.
• Consolidate submissions, document assumptions, and communicate findings.
• Own planning and performance management for about $400M in operating expenses.
• Develop training, improve financial processes, and support system usage.
