Formación

• 8+ years of fintech and payments operational leadership in regulated environments or tech firms with payments arms.
• Proven SLA and metric turnaround, with track records of turning red KPIs to green.
• Experience navigating matrix organizations and aligning domains without direct authority.
• Data literacy with ability to build ROI models and cost-per-service analyses.
• Deep enterprise partner experience, handling high-stakes relationships and incident post-mortems.
• Strategic, methodical problem-solving to sustain long-term platform strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional servicing governance and SLA performance across North America, driving diagnostics and root-cause resolution.
• Lead matrixed teams across Payment Operations, Enterprise Support, KYC/FinCrime, Compliance without direct reports.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to justify automation and route-caps optimizing capacity vs engineering time.
• Directly mentor 4–5 Partner Operations Managers, scaling proactive, long-term partner relationships.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Deal-Flow and Delivery teams to build scalable operating models for new clients.
• Act as senior escalation point for Tier 1 bank partners, leading post-mortems and preventive frameworks.
