Job summary

Via is seeking a Director of Launch & Operations to lead North American launch efforts, managing a portfolio of new services and a 30+ person frontline team across markets. You will own technology and operations transitions, drive performance, and build scalable launch systems.

The role combines strategy, operations and product/tech ownership, with travel up to 25% and leadership responsibilities across executive and frontline stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in leadership roles, with consulting and operating experience.
• Operational leader with strategy and hands-on execution.
• Experience scaling teams and launching new lines or expansions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solver who challenges the status quo.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a frontline team of Launch Managers and drivers.
• Own a portfolio of new launches with on-time delivery and KPIs.
• Manage partner relationships and regulatory environments.
• Collaborate with product, finance, legal, and operations to execute launches.
