Job summary

Kennedy Jenks is seeking a transformational leader to shape the future of technical project delivery, based in any KJ market nationwide. You will guide technical professionals, strengthen client relationships, and advance excellence while delivering complex infrastructure solutions across communities nationwide.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years of design engineering consulting (water/wastewater preferred), and 4+ years of leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field required; master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
• Experience leading supervisors, teams, and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical services teams across disciplines.
• Support delivery of multidisciplinary projects nationwide.
• Promote design delivery aligned with Kennedy Jenks standards.
• Collaborate across engineering, environmental, scientific, and technical disciplines.
• Travel 25-50% to client sites and offices.
