Job summary

Feed Energy Company is seeking a Head of Plant Operations to lead day-to-day production across its four manufacturing locations. You will own plant performance targets, establish routines, and coach plant managers and frontline leaders to deliver safety, quality, and cost goals.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this role requires up to 60% travel and a servant leadership mindset to build operating discipline, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement across the

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership.
• Experience leading 3+ facilities or multi-site operations.
• Proven ability to implement operating systems across locations.
• Strong track record in managing operating expenses within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational execution across four locations.
• Own plant targets: throughput, uptime, cost per unit, labor efficiency.
• Establish routines, KPI reporting, and escalation processes.
• Develop Plant Managers and frontline leaders through coaching.
• Manage plant operating expenses and coordinate with Finance.
