  • Establish consistent daily, weekly, and monthly operating routines, KPI reporting, and escalation processes.
  • Maintain a visible presence on plant floors by observing work, coaching leaders, supporting problem‑solving, and building relationships with frontline employees.
  • Manage Plant Managers and the Senior Operations Support Manager, setting clear expectations and reinforcing accountability for results.
  • Develop Plant Managers, supervisors, and frontline leaders through coaching, feedback, and hands‑on leadership support.
  • Manage plant operating expenses, including labor, maintenance, utilities, consumables, and outside services, within the approved operational budget.

  • Coordinate operational priorities across Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Culture and Talent.
  • Model servant leadership and build a culture of safety, ownership, accountability, development, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate Feed Energy company values in all everyday work interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Willingness to spend substantial time in manufacturing facilities and personally engage in operational problem‑solving.
  • Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to partner effectively across operational, technical, financial, and people‑focused functions.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering.
