Elior North America is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the Constellation Culinary Group in the New York metro area, overseeing professional dining operations across three locations. This role drives operational excellence, team development, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in large-scale food service management, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership of multi-site teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive food service or hospitality management experience, including multi-unit or large-volume operations.
• Proven experience managing budgets, financial performance, and P&L accountability.
• Experience leading salaried managers and large hourly workforces.
• Strong client relationship management with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data to drive business results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for multiple dining locations, ensuring service, hospitality, and standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, labor, cost controls, and financial performance.
• Serve as primary liaison with client leadership and align service with business goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop management teams and frontline associates.
• Analyze operating metrics and implement plans to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with culinary, operations, and support teams to elevate dining programs.
• Oversee hiring, succession planning, performance management, and talent development.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, and operating expenses.
• Address client and guest concerns with a high level of service.
