LeoForce seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead precision machining operations with a focus on efficiency and strategic execution.

The role requires directing a diverse team, driving Lean initiatives, and ensuring on-time production with quality. Relocation to the Upper Midwest is provided; relocation assistance is available, and a relocation package may be offered to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field required; MBA helpful.
• Minimum 5 years in a plant management role within manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Experience overseeing CNC machining operations and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a diverse team, fostering respect and teamwork.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to keep plant operations efficient.
• Oversee Production Planning to ensure on-time, quality output.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing to drive continuous improvement and productivity.
• Manage Operations Management for smooth, efficient processes.
• Conduct Performance Management with clear expectations and feedback.
• Collaborate across departments to identify process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety procedures.
• Develop and manage the plant budget and adjust to meet financial goals.
• Address delays or issues in production promptly and effectively.
