Job summary

HydroJug, headquartered in Ogden, Utah, is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to own the rolling multi-channel forecast across HydroJug, Acta, and Puressentials. You will unify forecasting with allocation policy and drive S&OP cadence, ensuring forecast accuracy and reliable supply planning.

You will lead a small team, partner with Wholesale and DTC channels, and set the standard for forecast quality. This role requires deep expertise in demand planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own rolling demand forecast by SKU, channel, and brand across HydroJug, Acta, Puressentials.
• Lead weekly Demand Review cadence and pre-reads for S&OP.
• Own forecast accuracy analysis and root-cause analysis of misses.
• Oversee daily allocation policy and prioritization across channels when inventory is constrained.
• Lead and mentor Demand Planning team, including open roles.
