The role requires deep market insight, strong leadership, and the ability to translate business objectives into integrated, compliant campaigns that enhance brand positioning and community performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent 9-11 years).

Responsabilidades

• Lead divisional marketing strategies across communities and sub-markets.
• Partner with divisional sales leadership to translate goals into marketing plans.
• Oversee launches across multiple communities ensuring quality and on-time execution.
• Direct relationships with agencies, vendors, and creative partners for ROI.
• Analyze market trends and campaign performance for strategic recommendations.
• Review campaigns and collateral for brand alignment and regulatory compliance.
• Manage divisional marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing to adapt national initiatives locally.
