Job summary

Greensboro Country Club is seeking a Director of Membership to drive growth, retention, and engagement across all club activities. The role will act as a professional ambassador, coordinating with leadership to promote amenities, programs, and membership opportunities.

The candidate will develop sales and marketing strategies, manage member communications, and oversee membership administration to ensure accurate records and compliant processes. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality or Resort Management, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Certified Membership Professional designation or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Minimum of three (3) years in hospitality, private club operations, membership sales, sales, marketing, CRM, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate strategies to meet membership goals.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive membership marketing and sales plan.
• Identify target markets and attract qualified prospective members.
