VNS Health seeks a senior product leader to oversee Medicare/MLTC portfolios, translating market and policy insights into a competitive product strategy. You will work across clinical, operations, network and sales to ensure sustainability and value for members.

The role includes guiding CMS bid processes, product design, portfolio optimization and cross-functional leadership to align government-sponsored programs with business goals.

Formación

• Ten years of progressive managerial experience in health care administration.
• Leadership in health insurance or managed care with product strategy responsibility.
• Ability to lead cross-functional product decisions and translate policy into operations.
• Experience across Finance/Actuarial, Clinical, Network, Operations, Sales.
• Medicare and Medicaid/MLTC experience required.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and guide product improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and implements a 1–3 year strategy and priorities for the product portfolio.
• Leads product development, enhancement, positioning and lifecycle decisions.
• Integrates product strategy with operations, network, clinical programs, sales, and member experience.
• Recommends product priorities and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
• Partners with Finance, Actuarial and Analytics to assess membership, revenue and margins.
• Leads cross-functional reviews of product results and develops corrective strategies.
• Develops business cases for product investments and growth opportunities.
• Assesses policy, benefit and network changes for financial impact.
• Provides senior product leadership across functional boundaries.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to translate direction into executables plans.
• Works with Medicare/MLTC counterparts to coordinate decisions affecting dual-eligible populations.
